Will identifying the thought process or what triggers such response help? I have anxiety issues and new fear springs up on me every now and then. Talking to myself to take a step back and keep calm, asking questions, using logic helps me fight it. I try to act in a way I’d do if a close friend of mine goes through a panic attack. It don’t know if that will help you but it works most times for me.
